Burningfold Manor
The heart of the estate, the 15th-century manor house blends Tudor character with timeless elegance. Inside, oak-panelled rooms and leaded windows overlook manicured lawns and the lily pond beyond. With grand reception rooms, open fires, and seven beautiful bedrooms, it’s the perfect setting for hosting family, friends, and intimate gatherings.
The Coach House
Adjacent to the manor, the Coach House offers five double bedrooms and a welcoming country charm. Recently renovated, it provides a stylish yet homely space for guests — ideal for extended family, friends, or even pre-wedding preparations. Its open-plan living and dining areas open onto private gardens with views across the paddocks.
The Grounds
Set across 300 acres of countryside on the Surrey–Sussex border, the grounds at Burningfold Manor include open fields, tree-lined paths and views over working farmland. Alongside the gardens and landscaped areas, the estate also features two well-maintained polo fields, paddocks and wide stretches of open land, giving Burningfold its unique character as both a country home and a sporting estate.
The Marquee & Barn
The marquee and adjoining Stable Barn form one of the estate’s main event spaces, offering a bright, adaptable setting with views across the grounds. The marquee provides a spacious, neutral environment suitable for a range of gatherings, while the Stable Bar adds character with its timber features. Together, they create a versatile area that connects seamlessly with the surrounding landscape.
The Cottages
Scattered across the estate, Chapel Cottage and The Dolls House offer beautiful self-contained accommodation for additional guests. Each combines countryside comfort with modern amenities, providing privacy and relaxation for your nearest and dearest.
The Walled Garden
Hugged by climbing roses and wisteria, the Walled Garden is one of the estate’s most romantic spaces. It’s perfect for outdoor receptions, pre-dinner drinks, or relaxed garden gatherings. With its soft light and seasonal blooms, it’s also a favourite backdrop for photography.
