Burningfold Manor

At the heart of the estate, the Manor House stands proud, surrounded by York flagstones and quintessential Tudor features, overlooking the spectacular lily pond. On one side, enjoy intimate rose-walled gardens, an outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, and a secret garden; on the other, soak in sweeping views across the estate.
Inside, traditional features and charming carpentry blend with spacious reception rooms - including a drawing room, library, and study - and an open-plan kitchen. With seven bedrooms and ample living space, the Manor is perfect for families, friends, or smaller private celebrations.
The Coach House
5 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms
Adjacent to the Manor, the Coach House has been beautifully renovated while retaining its country character with beamed ceilings, original fireplaces, and leaded windows. The open-plan living and dining area, contemporary kitchen, and separate snug create a welcoming space for friends and family alike.
The surrounding gardens feature mature shrubs, cottage-style perennials, and a patio with stunning views of the paddocks and fields, making it ideal for relaxing or entertaining.
Chapel Cottage

The Dolls House

The Dolls House is a charming one-bedroom hideaway - the perfect escape for a romantic night away.
Step through the door into a beautifully designed open-plan bedroom featuring a luxurious Nina Campbell bed. To the left, a cosy sitting area with two elegant armchairs and a dressing table provides the perfect spot to unwind. A compact kitchenette includes a fridge, kettle, toaster, and small sink for added convenience.
